A polaroid-style collage on a 12 × 12 in board: each photo becomes an instant-print-style card — white, a square window, a wide strip at the bottom for a handwritten-style caption — and the cards are scattered on cream paper at gentle angles.
A worked example: six cards
The card
- Proportions. About 88 × 107 mm with a 79 × 79 mm window; the photo is cropped square to fit.
- Caption strip. The wide bottom border carries the caption in a handwritten-style face.
- Tape. Optional strips across the top corners.
| Setting | Range | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Most a card turns | 0–25° | 12° |

| Clear edge | 0–15% | 4% |
When another mode is better
Neat rows with mats instead: collage photo frame. A heading over the cards: collage with text.

“Polaroid” is used here only as the everyday name for the look; the tool makes instant-print-style cards and is not connected with any film or camera maker.
Asked and answered
Is this a real instant-print format?
It is instant-print style: cards in the proportions of the classic instant print, about 88 × 107 mm with a 79 × 79 mm window. The tool makes a digital collage; it does not print on instant film.
How do captions work?
Type one caption per line in the panel; the first line goes under the first photo in the tray, and so on. They are set in a bundled handwritten-style face, Great Vibes.
Why does Shuffle give a different layout?
The scatter is seeded: the same photos and settings always give the same arrangement, and Shuffle changes the seed. One undo step brings the last one back.
Will cards cover faces?
When faces have been found on the AI arrange route, each card tries a few positions and takes the one that covers least of the faces already placed.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. The cards are drawn and exported in this tab.
